• The tour is available in English, French, German, and Spanish.
• Dress in layers as the underground temperature is around 17-18°C.
• The guided tour is not wheelchair accessible, but some parts of the Tourist Route are adapted for people with limited mobility.
• No telecommunication signals in the mine, but designated areas provide free WiFi and phone access.
• In exceptional cases, some chambers of the Tourist Route may be excluded from the guided tour.
• Service animals/guide dogs are permitted.
